Property registration is a crucial step in legally acquiring ownership of real estate in Telangana. Step 2: Determine Stamp Duty & Registration Fees
Stamp duty and registration charges must be paid to the state government. In Telangana, the applicable rates are:

Step 3: Prepare the Sale Deed
